Our recipes are inspired by the travels we’ve been on and the foods our bodies love. All nutritional values are mentioned and the ingredients we use are based on nutritional science.
Our macro bowls are designed to have a balanced ratio of plant proteins, carbs and healthy fats and feature specific functional ingredients. Our macro bowls are served warm, but do have cold ingredients.
