These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Oliver Green B.V., as well as its subsidiaries and operating entities, including but not limited to:

2. Prices and VAT

All prices listed on our website or in our offers include 9% VAT, unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Catering Orders (Business Clients)

• Catering orders must be paid in advance, unless a written agreement is made allowing for invoicing.
• For invoiced orders, the standard payment term is 7 calendar days from the invoice date.
• If payment is not received on time, and no dispute is formally submitted in writing within the payment period, we may charge:
  • • An administrative fee of €40,-
    • Late payment interest of 1% per month, calculated daily from the due date
    • After the final payment reminder the customer shall be liable for any reasonable and acual collection costs incurred in connection with the recovery of overdue payments. The collection costst are the following:

    • 15% of the outstanding amount up to €2.500

    • 10% of the outstanding amount over the next €2.500

    • 5% of the outstanding amount over the next €5.000

    • 1% of the outstanding amount above €5000 up to €190.000

    • The maximum will be €6.775

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel future orders if invoices remain unpaid.
  • Catering orders may be cancelled or changed up to 48 hours before delivery. After that, full payment remains due.
  • Delivery is available Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 18:00 in Amsterdam, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Allergen and dietary details must be shared with your order. Last-minute changes may not be possible.
  • No refunds are given. In case of an error on our side, we may issue store credit.

  3.2 Individual Orders (In-store, Click & Collect, UberEats)

  • Orders via click & collect or in-store must be paid at checkout.
  • No cancellations are accepted once these orders are submitted.
  • Orders via UberEats follow UberEats’ terms, including refund and cancellation rules.
  • No refunds are given due to taste preferences. If we made an error, we may offer credit at our discretion.
  • Refunds for UberEats orders must be requested via the UberEats platform.

  4. Product Information and Allergies

  • We strive to provide accurate information about ingredients and allergens.
  • We cannot guarantee our allergen listings are exhaustive or error-free.
  • We work with a wide range of ingredients, including common allergens (e.g. nuts, gluten, dairy).
  • All food is prepared in shared kitchens. Cross-contamination is always possible.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of allergies before ordering.
  • By ordering, customers accept the risk of exposure and agree that Oliver Green B.V. and its subsidiaries cannot be held liable for allergic reactions.

  5. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery is available via UberEats or as arranged for catering.
  • We strive for on-time delivery but cannot guarantee specific times for third-party deliveries.
  • Catering deliveries take place Monday–Friday between 08:30 and 19:00, unless agreed otherwise.

  6. Liability

  Oliver Green B.V. and its subsidiaries are not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party platforms. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

  7. Intellectual Property

  All content (images, texts, logos) on our site belongs to Oliver Green B.V. and may not be reused without written permission.

  8. Right of Withdrawal

  Orders for perishable goods (e.g. fresh meals) are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law and cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.

  9. Technology and Platform Use

  We use external tools such as StoreKit, Orderbilly, UberEats, and Leat. We reserve the right to change these platforms without notice, provided services remain functional.

  10. Governing Law and Disputes

  These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be handled by the competent court in Amsterdam.
