Wij koken elke dag met verse ingrediënten van lokale leveranciers in onze eigen keuken. Hoewel alles plantaardig is bieden we veel meer dan alleen sla. Onze filosofie is die van een whole foods plantaardig dieet. Dit betekent geen bewerkte producten, toegevoegde suikers en geraffineerde oliën in onze gerechten.

This is the Verry Berry smoothie: berries, almond paste, banana, almond milk and @orangefit.nl protein powder.If you want to break the fast with a complete smoothie that fills you up for a while we’d definitely recommend the Keto Avocado: spinach, avocado, coconut milk, almond milk, MCT oil, protein powder, matcha, Himalayan salt and flax seeds. This smoothie prevents you for having cravings for the next couple of hours.

What to eat in a heat wave? ⁠ ⁠ The sun is shi What to eat in a heat wave? ⁠⁠The sun is shining and there are some hot days ahead! How can we adjust our diet during this hot weather? ⁠⁠First and most important is to hydrate yourself so: drink more water than you are used to! You can also drink coconut water. Coconut water is well known for its restoring hydration effect. ⁠⁠Another way to hydrate yourself is to eat food that contains more water than others like: strawberries, cucumber, courgettes, celery, lettuce and lemon. A soup or gazpacho, smoothie bowl or porridge are also good ways to get in more water.⁠⁠No appetite? Make sure that if that's your case, you eat food that nourishes your body: a good balance between (healthy) fat, protein, carbs and fiber. ⁠⁠You want to reduce eating foods that require more effort to digest – like those high in protein and sugar. ⁠⁠So.. first hot day is a fact but you're now well prepared for more days to come ;)

Three to four weeks before harvest the leaves got covered. The shade triggers an increase in chlorophyll levels, which turns the leaves a darker shade of green and increases the production of amino acids.⁠⁠Because the whole leaf powder is ingested, matcha is even higher in some substances — such as caffeine and antioxidants — than green tea.⁠⁠Matcha does contain caffeine, but your body is absorbing the caffeine slowly which does not give you that caffeine kick. Having a matcha latte or an iced matcha does make you alert, may improve mood and concentration but with a milder and longer-lasting buzz than coffee.⁠
