Lunch Standard can be cancelled weekly during your first month. After that both subscriptions run on one month's notice. Extras such as the pantry service can be switched off at any time. No annual contracts, no penalties.
Both subscriptions run from once a week upwards. Less often than that is not a subscription — we'll quote you per occasion instead.
You change the headcount in the app, up to 10:00 the day before. Your fixed monthly price is based on the headcount in your portal; daily differences are settled on the invoice.
By default one invoice a month, with the subscription and every add-on on it. If your bookkeeping prefers shorter cycles we invoice every two weeks. Daily differences in headcount are settled on that same invoice, so you never get loose bills.
Same kitchen, same craft — the difference is who holds the pen. On Standard we compose the weekly menu. On Tailored we build the menu around what your team eats, with wider choice, more components per day, and the option to go deluxe on luxury items like burrata, salmon or steak.
No. Lunch is the subscription, the pantry service is an extra you turn on or off in the app. Plenty of clients start with lunch only and add fruit and drinks after a month.
Yes. Vegetarian and gluten-free are always on the table. Vegan, nut-free and lactose-free we handle too. Specific allergies are recorded per person in the app — that goes straight to the kitchen and onto the packaging.
We deliver electric across Amsterdam, with Zuidas and the surrounding business districts as a standing route. Just outside the ring? Ask us — it usually works.
Tasting lunch usually within a week, proposal within 24 hours after that. Once you're in, you're live within five working days.
