Our mission is to make the Amsterdam society a little healthier while being mindful of the impact we have on the planet.
We do this by cooking with only whole foods, sourced closed to home and using mainly plant-based ingredients with additions of animal protein that are sustainably sourced.
We strongly believe that a good lunch consists of healthy ingredients – that fuel you and your team for the day. Without use of ‘empty’ additional ingredients you won’t experience any lunch dip!
